I hate peach fuzz. I always boil it off. Then I use the fruit, throw away the fuzzy peels and the useless pits. But I save the water the peaches simmered in and add a couple of bags of black tea. And an already scraped-out vanilla bean because apparently mine is the kind of store cupboard that has that kind of thing in it. And some sugar. 
And then I have a vanilla-peach sweet iced tea concentrate to enjoy later.

Peeling peaches is so much easier after they’ve been halved and simmered in water for 10 minutes. The skin peels right off and leaves the fruits blushing.
