I hate peach fuzz. I always boil it off. Then I use the fruit, throw away the fuzzy peels and the useless pits. But I save the water the peaches simmered in and add a couple of bags of black tea. And an already scraped-out vanilla bean because apparently mine is the kind of store cupboard that has that kind of thing in it. And some sugar.
And then I have a vanilla-peach sweet iced tea concentrate to enjoy later.
